Amy and Steven
Dreamlife Photos and Videos (Sydney) enjoyed working with Amy and Steven on their wedding photography. The happy-go-lucky couple were in high spirits as they celebrated with close friends and relatives on an outstandingly beautiful December day.
Before Dreamlife left for the Newcastle Town Hall, for the ceremony, we dropped by to see the bride. Although she was busy with preparations she allowed us to take a couple bridal photos as she showed off her stunning dress. We quickly left to set up for the outdoor ceremony which was planned out perfectly.
As Amy and her father began the walk down the aisle we were mesmerized by her beauty and how well the sun worked into each of the photos. The ceremony was gorgeous and Dreamlife was definitely inspired by all of the smiles in the audience! Before the couple said their “I Dos” we snuck back to capture an extra special picture of the couple behind the gorgeous glass doors! After the ceremony the couple posed with their marriage certificate with some of their family members and their wedding party.
With Steve and Amy officially man and wife, we went off to celebrate with a mini photo shoot before the reception. The couple were so fun to work with as they posed beneath and giant globe and kissed on the balcony of a classic building. As the reception neared, we left for the Longworth House Newcastle in order to capture a few more photos of bride and groom in the amazing setting the venue provided.
Dreamlife soon wrapped up though so the lovely couple could reunite with their guests in the reception hall. We loved the elegant décor and how well it worked with the cameras. From the string lighting to the draped fabric, there wasn’t a photo that looked out of place. Although there was so much fun had during the night we fell in love with the classic photo of husband and wife cutting into their cake! With such happy smiles and joy for their marriage, we’re sure Amy and Steve will show off the same smiles every time they look about at their wedding photography collection.
