Karey and Jerry decided to celebrate their merger with a collaboration between a traditional Chinese wedding and a modern beach wedding in Melbourne. This amazing mixture really made their wedding stand out almost as much as their love for one another.

We met the beautiful couple and their party on the beach where we helped the couple create breathtaking images against the backdrop of the rolling ocean. Each image in the set really seems to suit the couple as the natural lighting and colours of the ocean, rocks and flowers really helped compliment their color scheme. The couple also spent a little time playing with their beautiful dog, who seemed to complete their beginning family perfectly.

The ceremony proved to be a little windy, which added an amazing dramatic effect to much of the wedding photography. Both bride and groom looked remarkable as they said their I Do’s and placed their rings on one another fingers.

Their beauty on this special day had much to do with the family who helped them dress and prepare. There are many bridal photos of Karey and her mother gracefully working together to make Karey the most beautiful bride. The guys had a little more fun with their primping though as they boasted glittery thumbnails at us, the wedding photographers.

Nothing was quite as fun as the reception where the family danced and enjoyed one another’s company. This, of course, gave us ample chances to capture images that combined the modern and traditional elements of the wedding for some breathtaking photographs.
