It was a fine day in December for a wedding when we met with Melissa and Shaun! The loving couple couldn’t help but show their excitement for the big occasion which made capturing their wedding photography sheer joy!

Dreamlife started out the big day with a few pre-ceremony photos of bride and groom separately. Shaun and his groomsmen worked together to get Shaun looking his best for his bride. We loved the photo of Shaun showing off his sharp look for the camera! On Melissa’s end we were excited to capture some elegant bridal photos while she finished her look. Every detail of her ensemble was breathtaking so we made sure to capture the hard work she put into her style!

Shortly after wrapping up we left for the church in which the couple would said their vows. Dreamlife was impressed by the lovely stain glass and dark woods as well as the beautiful décor in the church. These aspects would make any wedding photographer feel right at home! We were especially thrilled with the photo of bride and groom kissing as their wedding party stood in the background! It was definitely a ceremony worthy of a standing ovation!

As we left the chapel we made sure to get a large group photo of all the guests as well as the newlyweds which proved to be a whole lot of fun! Dreamlife wanted to make sure the couple had some amazing wedding photography so we took advantage of the lush green foliage on the property. We also captured a few images of the group as they dramatically posed in front of a skyscraper. The lighting was fantastic in this piece and the blue skies made the joy of occasion stand out all the more.

We soon found ourselves at the reception where we managed to get a few more minutes of the couple’s time. The staircase at the venue was absolutely gorgeous so we wanted to make sure we took a few romantic photos on the winding stairs. We also snagged the groomsmen and bridesmaids for some fun with props. As the reception began we loved capturing photos of all the action. We particularly adored man and wife’s speech! Dreamlife was happy to be a part of such a shining moment for Melissa and Shaun.
