Sharni and Stephen certainly brought a lot of colour to the day as Dreamlife Photos and Videos (Sydney) created their stunning wedding photography. The two lovebirds brought plenty of smiles, excitement and creative ideas to their special day which brought plenty of joy to our work.

Before the action began Dreamlife made sure to check in to see how the guys were doing with their attire. Stephen and his groomsmen seemed to be having a blast, so we had to step in and capture some of the fun. We grabbed a few posed photos, but were lucky enough to capture several more of Stephen and his groomsmen before the day was over.

After having a laugh with the guys we stopped by to see how Sharni’s look was coming along. The lovely bride was incredibly patient with us as we captured several bridal photos of her finishing off the finer details of her attire and makeup. We also managed to capture a few posed photos of Sharni and her bridesmaids before it was time to leave for the ceremony.

When we arrived at the Balmoral for the ceremony we couldn’t help but feel pleased that the June weather was on our side. The gorgeous blue skies helped boost everyone’s moods as they prepared to enjoy the special service. Dreamlife especially loved the photo of the bride and her father as he escorted her with pride down the aisle. Sharni’s floral choice complemented the day and her attire perfectly which helped the bridal photos stand out all the more. There was such an incredible amount of photo opportunities during the service, but we were definitely drawn to the photo of the newlyweds as they signed their marriage certificate with a flowing feather pen.

With the service over we whisked bride and groom off for a few more wedding photos before heading to the reception. We took advantage of the sea side venue and enjoyed posing the entire wedding party on a bench for a fun photo! Of course, the romantic photos of bride and groom really took our breath away. We especially fell in love with the dreamlife photo of Sharni and Stephen kissing on the rocky sea side. We also adored the photos of the bride holding colourful balloons as the lovely setting brought her attire to life.

After wrapping up the photo session we left for the Taronga Centre for the reception. The celebration was filled with speeches, delightful food and dancing that easily captured the mood of the event. Dreamlife particularly loved the couple’s stylish cake which hosted a wild bride and groom on a motorcycle topper. We loved how everything about the lovebirds wedding played with their charming personalities and hope they remember all the fun had when they browse through their photo collection!
